The leaves are almost gone from the trees and we've finally got our infrared heaters up and running at the tap house. Yup, it's starting to feel a lot more like winter here in Beaverton! This month we have some exciting new flavors fresh on the tap and some leaving soon! Now's the time to think about grabbing a growler and enjoying a beer or two by the fire at home.
What's New on the Beaverton Beer Scene?
Bend Brewing Co - Waist Deep
Waist Deep Winter Ale is bringing back memories of fresh powder and a good post-mountain brewski. But you don't have to travel all the way to Bend to enjoy it! This is the best dark winter ale to warm you up on a cold winter day with UK malts and hops.
Pono Brewing Co - Nitty Strong
Winter weather doesn't mean you have to say goodbye to fresh fruits and bright flavors. Pono Brewing is delivering a fresh pink guava pils.
Wild Ride Brewing Barracuda Brown
Caramel, toffee, malty goodness. All this and more in the Barracuda Brown! These American Brown Ales might get overlooked, but they're definitely worth a try. Wild Ride is a brewery in Redmond Oregon, another favorite on our tour of some of the best beers southeast Oregon has to offer!
Almost Tapped Out
Zoiglhaus Brewing Company - Berlinerweissbock
Brewed in Portland, this classic German beer is authentically brewed to bring the taste of Europe home. We love the Berlinerweissbock not only because it's tart and tasty, but because the brewmaster himself studied how to make it in Berlin. There's nothing more authentic than this!
Von Ebert Sector 7
A popular IPA, this one went fast and is almost gone! Another IPA of Von Ebert's took home the gold at the Great American Beer Festival, so you know they are some of the best around!
Walking Man Black Cherry Stout
Looking for something a little more like dessert? This Cherry Stout will do the trick. Cherry-rich, chocolatey and hints of coffee. It's their twist on a classic oatmeal stout.
We are rotating taps constantly so stop by before your favorites are gone and we hope you find something you love!
